Очень удобно расположен в хорошем районе. Приятно гулять пешком. Достопримечательности, парки и музеи все рядом. Круглосуточная стойка регистрации, у нас был ранний вылет, мы имели возможность вечером заказать такси. Отзывчивый персонал. Номер просторный, чистый. Без лоска, но комфортный.

Замечательный отель! Мы с женой проживали с 25.02.18 по 04.03.18. Очень удобно расположен - в пешей доступности от основных достопримечательностей в достаточно тихом месте. Совсем близко автобус-экспресс в аэропорт. Хорошие завтраки, рядом хорошие рестораны и супермаркеты. Доброжелательный персонал, особо отмечу фронт-менеджера Хуана Карлоса Лучано. Очень рекомендую отель для 7дневного знакомства с Мадридом.

Отличное расположение отеля: все достопримечательности рядом, вокруг много хороших ресторанов, близко находится остановка автобуса от/до аэропорта. В отеле тихо, профессиональный вежливый персонал. В номере чисто, есть мини бар, уборку делают каждый день. Одним словом, полная рекомендация этого отеля!

El hotel está genial. Habitación amplia y cama muy cómoda. El desayuno muy rico. La localización fantástica para moverte por Madrid. Por último destacar la amabilidad de las recepcionistas y camareros. Un 10 de hotel!

El hotel está muy bien situado, la habitación era grande, estaba muy limpia y la cama era amplia y cómoda. La habitación daba a la calle principal lo cual me agradó, pero para nada era ruidosa y pudimos descansar de maravilla.

On arrival our room wasn’t ready so within a short walk and a beer or two the room was ready and we were very pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean spacious and very quiet. Great location central to everything, sightseeing, clubs, pubs restaurants and transport. If you had forgotten a toothbrush one was supplied in your room. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Looking forward to a return visit.

Enjoyed my stay at Hotel Infantas. The room was large and well equipped. All staff members were very helpful. The hotel was located in a safe area with many stores and restaurants only steps away, plus several metro stops within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

The hotel is perfectly located, very close to large streets with large stores and many small streets with small stores. It is also walking distance from the beautiful city hall and the extraordinary Prado Museum. A short taxi ride gets you to the train station and from there a short ride to Toledo and Segovia. The hotel itself has comparatively spacious rooms and a wonderful front desk person named Noelia, who was friendly, cheerful and very helpful. Excellent breakfast and dinner (on some evenings but not all) was served at the connected Restaurant La Rita. Madrid itself is beautiful, fun and diverse, and we are eager to return to it (and the hotel).
